Participation in an ArmA unit is time-consuming; members should concentrate on one primary unit rather than splitting dedication.
Members with two or more Philippine-based ArmA units are given time to experience APM, then must decide whether to stay or leave.
Command Staff has no issue with members resigning to join another unit; the problem is holding an important billet in APM while also committed elsewhere.
Members who leave in good standing may return later in accordance with unit policies.
